The structure design of cooler mixer can be type of vertical or horizontal. Mostly dry powder raw material needs mixing before entering the extruder. The mixing unit is mainly used for the mixing and coloring of polyvinyl chloride resin (PVC), the coloring and drying of polyethylene particles, the drying before the molding and processing of hygroscopic resins such as polycarbonate, and the mixing of phenolic resins.
